Vertical Machining Centers - LV Series MV-1685 (Box Way)

Designed with an A-line ribbing structure which can increase shock absorption effect. The casting adopted cabinet design and the inside strengthened rib has high resistance bending stiffness which can bear when starting high G movement. The structure with Meehanite cast iron, make sure high rigidity and persistence accuracy.

The MV-1685 is a combination of two wide box way and two roller guideways.

Z-axis has a pneumatic counter-balance system to reduce the extra weight carry by the Z servo motor.

With BT-40 and 24 tools ATC, customers can choose a servo motor system would be an option. The tool changer features high speed, the change time is only 1.5 seconds which can reduce non-cutting time and increase production efficiency.

Large diameter ball screw, design of return unit can absorb the reduce the sound which comes from steels balls’ impact, then greatly reduce the noise. Through auto-lubricating system can remove the effect of the thermal expansion to maintain the accuracy of operation.
